2. What data we collect

Data you give us. If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or through a form, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry.

Data collected automatically. When you visit the website, our servers and analytics tools register technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, language, referring page, the pages you visit and the time of the visit.

3. Why we process your data and the legal basis

To answer enquiries and manage the customer relationship. Legal basis: performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

To operate, secure and improve the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

To measure traffic and improve our content through analytics. Legal basis: your consent to non-essential cookies (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

To comply with legal obligations, for example accounting rules. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(c).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies to make the website work, and analytics cookies to understand how the website is used. Analytics is handled through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Parts of the website embed content from third parties, such as video from Vimeo and a LinkedIn feed delivered through Elfsight. These providers may set their own cookies when the content is loaded.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may cause parts of the website to stop working.

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, such as our hosting provider, our web developer and the analytics and content providers mentioned above, and with public authorities where we are legally required to do so.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. In such cases we rely on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.

6. Storage period

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to follow up the matter and the customer relationship, and thereafter only where required by law. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or pseudonymised form according to the retention settings of the analytics tool.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration and loss, including encrypted transfer (HTTPS) and access control.
